We are excited to share that The Preserve has purchased two Nokota horses from North Dakota that will be donated to Harmony Hollow Retreat in Quarryville, PA. Harmony Hollow Retreat is a beautifully run non-profit that provides a therapeutic horseback riding program for children and youth with physical, emotional and social disabilities. Christine has used her Nokota horses to work with special needs riders, and she has seen first-hand the powerful connections the Nokota make with them. We look forward to this partnership with Harmony Hollow Retreat and seeing the impact the Nokota have on their participants.
